Design system for an advisory firm, in progress
A design system (house style, visual identity, logos, etc.) that I am building for an advisory firm right now. I use this project to teach myself design in Figma, for the most part.
From AI workflows and automations to smart tools, outreach systems and AI content pilots: I turn new technology into something people actually use.

A self-built dashboard to keep my finances, both private and business, in one clear place, instead of loose spreadsheets. Runs locally, no cloud: bookings, VAT returns, bank reconciliation and invoices in one place.

A tool that reviews ads, sets them up in Meta, learns from the numbers and reports back.
With video ads a lot of knowledge gets lost: which hook worked, which copy belonged to which video, what the last test taught. Ads Planner brings the whole way of working together in one place, per client. A raw video is transcribed and reviewed on hook and cut advice, copy variants and names for the launch pack are generated and everything goes to Meta. The numbers come back, every insight goes into a log per client and the client report comes from that.

Small, calm Mac apps for a solo freelancer.
A learning project in Swift and SwiftUI, made for my own use. The first app, tikk., is a menu bar time tracker: one click on a client starts the timer, with a urencriterium bar, an hourly rate per client and Excel export.

Pilots with AI-generated content in AI suites like Freepik/Magnific and Fal.ai, for several clients, from concept to generated visuals. With careful prompting and a fixed design system the style stays consistent, even when you scale up.
Child wearing glasses, soft daylight, lifestyle, fixed style and brand colours
Reusable, scalable and quick to test at low cost.

Brands whose identity I designed, from logo and colour to the website.

The marketing agency I run with a friend from university got its brand identity and website from me: logo and wordmark, colours, the whole look and feel and a bilingual one-pager, designed and built myself.

Crowdfunding and app downloads. Crowdfunding oversubscribed at 110% and downloads boosted.
Through Fluid Marketing I help an app startup grow. Part of that was a crowdfunding round, which ended up oversubscribed at 110%. On top of that, the main goal of every campaign is app downloads. With each campaign we optimise further, so we keep reaching that goal. I also did the visual design for the animation, as part of a rebrand that is in the making.

Ongoing social media campaign management. Daily growth for several brands at once.
I currently manage the campaigns of several clients across different sectors (real estate, a design agency and a healthcare company) on an ongoing basis, and will soon start new engagements.

Websites. From concept to launch, built myself.
Several websites, apps and dashboards built for my own projects and clients with Claude Code, hosted on Netlify, for example, or another hosting provider, to get from concept to a working result fast.

I'm Lennar, Throughout my studies and short career I've moved between creativity, business and technology. I started in film, VFX and motion design, then studied Commercial Economics and did a master's in Entrepreneurship. These past few years I've combined all of that and use AI for real workflows, for myself as a freelancer and at Fluid Marketing, a small marketing agency run by a friend from university and me. I'm not a specialist in one thing, but I know enough about a lot of things to do them well. For you, that means one point of contact.
I've spent my whole career moving between creativity, business and technology. I started out in film and motion design/VFX, with courses and training in London, South Africa and Berlin, working with programs like Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects and Cinema 4D. It was also there, during my first freelance jobs, that I came into contact with entrepreneurship and the business side of tech rather than the creative side. Because of those first entrepreneurial steps I decided to change course. Through a bachelor's in Commercial Economics in Rotterdam and a master's in Entrepreneurship in Amsterdam (VU/UvA), my interest shifted to the business side of technology: how data and automation make decisions smarter and more efficient.
These threads come together in my own work as a freelancer with Lenffect and Fluid Marketing, where I use AI every day to automate real workflows and to learn, from lead generation to analysing campaigns. I'm not a trained programmer, but I'm always curious, pick up new technology quickly, start building and experimenting right away, and can explain clearly what it does. I prefer to learn by doing: lately I taught myself Figma, for example, and I'm now building my first simple design system.
I get energy from learning new things, experimenting and trying things out right away. I'm always looking for the combination of creativity, data and AI to build things people actually use, and I like working with people who want to put something out there. To be honest, I'm not a specialist in one thing. But I know enough about a lot of things to do them well: marketing, automation, (website) design and photography and videography.
For you, that means one point of contact. I think along, pick it up and keep you posted. People often tell me it's simply nice to work with me, and I do my best to keep it that way.
